Meet your Councilors

Current Incumbent Councilors of Windham Maine

It all starts at the top. Our town government is a Town Council and Town Manager model. The Councilors we elect are our leaders who speak for us and set the policies and agendas for the Manger and his/her staff to accomplish on our behalf. Unfortunately it seems too many times our leaders seem to ignore the will of the people and simply put forward and enact their own agendas. Whether it be planning for a Community Center or Cannabis we deserve a Council who works on behalf of the will of the people, all the people, not just a select few. As Windham grows it is important that everyone is represented. MWF supports ideas and policies that create stable and strong Council leadership, that help follow the will of the people and that promote cooperation and positive results.

Harrison Deah

East District

My name is Harrison Deah and I have lived in the Town of Windham since 2015. I am married to my amazing wife Rhona and we are parents to two wonderful . I  children. I am a 2007 graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in Standish, with BA in Political Science and History. I currently work for the City of Westbrook as the Director of  General Assistance and Social Services and previously with the City of Portland as the Veterans Housing Services Program Manager. I also serve on the executive board of the Maine Welfare Directors Association as the second Vice President. I am running to preserve the livability and sustainability of our neighborhoods and to ensure that the residential and commercial growth that we are experiencing does not give away the prominent attributes that make our town so special.
